Bring The Garden Indoors Using Your Conservatory
There is a new trend amongst conservatory owners that involves creating a garden themed conservatory. This doesn’t mean they are bringing the actual grass inside, but by adding a few simple touches they are making their conservatory feel like the perfect midpoint between garden and home.
The first trick for pulling off this style is to introduce a few plants into your conservatory. There’s no need to go overboard but a few plants that will thrive in a conservatory are essential for this look. Just remember to check which plants will survive best in your type of conservatory.
To keep the conservatory feeling bright and spacious opt for white furniture, this will keep the space looking clean and open and prevent the room feeling cramped. White wicker or rattan furniture is ideal for use in a conservatory as its lightweight and durable.
Once you’ve taken care of plants and furniture you can begin to incorporate some accessories. Ornaments in a moss green shade work well with this look, try and keep a nature themed colour palette incorporating deep browns and rich greens.
To truly take advantage of this look you need to make sure your conservatory is still looking its best. If it’s not give us a quick call at Clearview Home Improvements. We have a range of conservatories to suit every style of property and we’re on hand to help you get your ideal extension.
