500 Up – Clearview Receives Its 500th Trustpilot Review

We had a very welcome email drop into our company inbox recently from Trustpilot, informing us that the 500th customer review had just been submitted on our dedicated Trustpilot page. 

It’s well worth celebrating and a rare feat for a home improvement specialist to secure 500 reviews on the country’s leading 3rd party review site, where we currently have a 4.6 rating out of 5.   

Many suppliers of windows, doors and living spaces don’t have a Trustpilot page, but we do because we believe in providing our customers with a fully independent platform to air their opinions on our work. We know that Trustpilot reviews also inspire buyer confidence. 

An alert is received by our team whenever a review is submitted and they all get read. The feedback, whether positive or negative, helps us to improve our service and deliver a greater experience for customers. 

As for the 500th review, it came from Sheila Coleman, who gave us full marks after we installed an extension and new windows at her home. 

Here’s what she said: 

“We had an extension and new windows installed which started in February. The weather was horrendous, with it raining continuously. Credit to the bricklayers, they were amazing and worked tirelessly, all exceptional young men who were clean and tidy. The fitters luckily managed to install the windows, doors and roof before lockdown delayed work, but l am happy to say the build is now complete. All the tradesmen were punctual and professional. An excellent service all round.”
