Clearview makes Industry Award Finals Again!

The eagerly anticipated G13 shortlists have been released and Clearview Home Improvements is proud to announce that it has been nominated for the Conservatory Installer of the Year award, for a third time in four years.

As a result, the G13 category judge visited our Leyland showroom on Monday 21^st October armed with a long list of scoring criteria that will be used to pick a deserved winner from four finalists. The areas in which we were judged include our marketing and promotional activity, sales processes, conservatory and orangery project management and our aftersales care, to name but a few.

Following a morning spent at our head office with key departments and employees of Clearview Home Improvements, the G13 judge then went ‘on site’ to several ongoing builds at various stages of completion so that he could witness for himself the level of workmanship that goes into every Clearview project.

Each finalist in the Conservatory Installer category is paid such a visit so that the G13 judges can test the claims made by each company in the award applications which were submitted online earlier in the year.

Clearview Home Improvements is no stranger to the G-Awards, having been shortlisted as a finalist in both 2010 and 2011, and the directors knew what to expect from the meticulous and thorough judging procedures. This year, however, there appeared to be a particular emphasis on the level of customer service offered to the homeowner throughout the buying process.

The awards ceremony takes place on Friday 29^th November and is once again being held at the Park Lane Hilton Hotel in London which has proved to be a fantastic venue for the G-Award celebrations in previous years.
