We appreciate that purchasing a conservatory will be one of the biggest home investments you will ever make.
So that your investment pays off, it is important to choose a conservatory design that ticks each of the following boxes:
- Offers enduring appeal
- Complements your property – this requires the right choice of finish and style
- Improves the resale value of your property
- Configured in a way that’s befitting of its intended purpose
- Spacious enough to house the whole family and more
Whilst there are several boxes that need ticking, creating your dream conservatory is a process that you should enjoy and find stress-free.
It helps to have some inspiration ahead of planning any conservatory design to stimulate your imagination and you will find it when viewing our inspirational gallery of completed Clearview conservatory installations from around the region.
From traditional to modern, dwarf wall to full height glass, we do it all where conservatories are concerned. Here are a few notable inclusions:
Lean-To Conservatory Transformation
The compactness of a Lean-To conservatory is ideal when you crave added space but only have a limited amount of room available for an extension. However, a Lean-To conservatory becomes surplus to requirements if it fails to provide sufficient thermal efficiency.
That was the position the owner of this Lean-To design found themselves in, so they had the structure revamped and modernised, with the addition of a tiled roof to restore its functionality throughout the year.
Large Loggia Conservatory
If you want the most up-to-the-minute conservatory then the Loggia is for you. Fashioned by the finest Italian designers and British architects, this expansive extension contains beautifully ornate columns and has been coloured in a pure cream finish.
Adding to the glamour is the sweetly crafted French doors that fabulously open out the Loggia into the garden just like the sizeable tilt & turn windows do when tilted inwards. You couldn’t wish to make a bigger designer statement.
Glass Extension
The Loggia offers something completely different from the conventional conservatory just like the glass extension, particularly in this example as it contains a Veranda. The overhanging glass roof shelters the Veranda section of the design so that the outdoor environment can be absorbed without the weather interfering.
To give it that vintage effect, Chartwell Green was the colour chosen and it also benefits from the inclusion of bi-folding doors that elegantly concertina when manoeuvred open along the track.
