One sole colour scheme throughout an orangery design may not be what works best. A collision of colours and mixing finishes so that the interior of the frame is coated in a classic white for example, whilst the exterior bares a gorgeous Golden Oak, is an option definitely worth considering. We hope it gets you purring in appreciation as much as the house cat who can’t get enough of the extension and its marvellous marble-effect flooring, fabulous French doors and gloriously extravagant glass roof.
The oak tables and chairs subtly hint to that Golden Oak finish which from far and away brilliantly mimics the styling of timber, only the woodgrain effect doesn’t require any tiresome maintenance. Not a lick of paint ever needs to be applied anywhere, including to the Georgian-style windows that have top openings, invaluable for any additional ventilation needed in summer. This meticulous design also incorporates a distinctive finial on the roof, carefully crafted handles and hinges on the French doors and a decorative stonework footstep for safe exiting into the garden. We’ve well and truly let the cat out of the bag by showing you how a dual coloured orangery can distinctively help you express your personality.
