The Hasties has rediscovered their love of their conservatory, thanks to a solid roof replacement from Clearview Home Improvements.
The polycarbonate roofing trapped heat in during the summer. Through the winter, that same heat easily escaped the room. For long parts of the year, the family couldn’t make use of what should have been a showpiece space.
To salvage the situation, we delivered a solid tiled roof replacement that breathed new life into an old, tired and draughty conservatory. The new roof creates a more homely feel that’s more in tune with the rest of the house. Crucially, it offers year-round comfort and energy efficiency – things the old polycarbonate roofing never did.
At the same time, we also installed brand new Extreme UPVC frames and windows to give the conservatory a modern look and further improve thermal performance.
Now able to enjoy their conservatory all year round, the Hasties converted the space into a featured dining room and lounge area.
